What are the most effective ways to build a strong army in Halo Wars within the
first 5-15 minutes? Please give suggestions for both the Covenant and Unsc, and avoid mentioning rush tactics. I just want a strong, multi-use army that can take out infantry, vehicles, air, etc.... as fast as possible Things to mention: What leader should I use? What buildings would I build...
