    Why do others players get to 14 Skill with 1 EXP in Halo 3?

    How is it possibly that with one exp, you can have 14 skill. It was in lone wolves so they couldnt have played a game with level 40s. Maybe they quit lots of game and ending up with one exp, but then there skill would go down as well. Some one please explain, its taking me 19 EXP to get to 14...

    I know you must get between 700-850 gamer points or something. But, I need confirmation whether unlocking the Marathon Man Achievement(terminals) will get me it, according to halopedia it will... someobdy please tell me if they know for sure it will or wont...
