Whenever I search for 1 of my files on Bungie.net, I cant find it. I have been told that I need to publish files so I see them when I search for them. I've played around for awhile and, I havent been able to figure out how to publish files to bungie.net. Can somebody PLEASE help me?

Instead of using the forge editor on the Xbox can I download a program that I can edit maps from my computer, and then upload them to the Xbox360. I need a program thats easier, faster and gives more freedom and accuracy than the xbox version.
