How can I make a website background similar to the animated Halo 1 background
effect? (Spinning Halo)? Pretty much sums it up, I'm debating whether to do it between flash/css/js. Not sure which one would take up the most resources - mostly because I don't have any different methods to compare against atm! If anyone knows a good way to solve this I would love to hear you...
