    Could something in Halo 3: ODST hint at a Halo 4, regardless if it's made by Bungie?

    I know about the katana (49/49, now 1000 GS) and I know about the Recon armor (all vidmaster achievements), but will there be anything special for unlocking ALL (79/79) achievements?

    On Halo 3, how do I allow user-created content to be played?

    It always says I am restricted from playing user-created content (films, custom games). Anyone know where I can go and what I have to do to fix that problem?
