Bungie.Net Halo 3 Medals?

As i logged into my account after getting a Kiltrocity in Grifball (My biggest Achievement in Halo) and look at my Career Stats which i havent checked in a while , i noticed that my Medal Showcase was rather empty and my medals havent been showing up correctly? Why is this?
Yeah i have sent an email to Bungie. To the 2nd guy, As soon as the game finished i looked at my last game and it showed up really quickly.
And I only have one account that ive been playing on.

make sure you have been playing on the right profile all the time otherwise ask some people from the bungie network member they will help

Well is takes a while for Bungie to transfer the data to your account. Or Bungie maintenance perhaps.
