Can anyone boost with me in team slayer for halo 3?

I need a few skilled players to play with me in team slayer so I can get my 40. I have a 37 but I can't get any higher than that because I always end up with sub-par team mates who often make stupid moves. I can pay you if you too, if we get it fast enough.
