Can I still get Halo 3 Achievements when I get Halo ODST?

So, Halo 3 Multiplayer comes with Halo ODST. Thanks to all who confirmed that for me. But, if I have completed every single last thing in Single Player in Halo 3 (Campaign) and I really don't care about Forge or Theater, then I should sell my Halo 3, right? Since I'm getting Halo ODST and it comes with Halo 3 Multiplayer, I have no need for my old Halo 3, since I'm done Campaign and I never use Theater or Forge, the old Halo 3 disc is pretty much worthless to me, right?

Is there anything else I'm missing?

id keep halo 3 because odst is a completely different disc and has its own achievements. you never know, you might want to go back and play co op with friends at some point
