can my son buy halo 3?

i know halo 3 is rated M for the violents and my son (age 13) been bothering me for permission to buy it. i finally said yes but i told him to buy it on his own because ill be busy for awhile.

im just wondering if they would allow 13 year olds to buy a M game like that at a gamestop, ebgames, etc.

nope they wont you will have to be present and provide id and permission

the store could be closed down because they sold a game to an underage minor without a parent present

its rated mature for a reason
this one is graphic violence intense war scenes and adult language and possibly sex do you really want your 13 year old seeing and hearing that

No. If a person is underage they cannot buy the game saying that ur son is 13 years old. he must have an adult with him. btw its a great game
