Can you get your xbox live account banned if you teabag in halo 3?

after i raped this kid in team doubles he told me that he had a "buddy" that worked at microsoft and every account on my xbox was going to be banned. Im not gonna lie, i was teabagging this kid a lot but i didnt think it was against the rules. what are the chances that i am actually going to get banned. i know this is prolly a stupid ass question but im just wondering.

hacking,lagging,cheating,modding,ect.

yeah he is just a winging little c u n t and dont worry about him, he just wants to try and scare you, and failed a lot, its not possible to be banned by teabagging, only by hacking and cheating and by being a loudmouth trash talking douche youself, if you arent like that and are normal and nice, you shouldnt have any problems... lol....
