I am well into the Halo 3 game (many hours invested). My saved game appears corrupt. Every time I try to start it, it the screen flashes, there are some words on the screen "Area Not Safe" and it bounces back to the main Halo menu. I successfully cleared the memory cache "Y, X, X, RB, LB, X, X" -- no luck. I swapped my hard disk to a different XBOX 360 and got the same error. I can start a new game under a different user profile with no problem. Are there any more ideas to fix my game, or do I just need to bite the bullet and delete the saved game.
