You dont really need help to do it.
i got the achivement in about an hour tops. just put the game on normal and blow through. if i remember correctly theres 3 on the ark, 3 on the covanant and then 1 on the last level. that adds up to 7 wich is bungies fav number. you can find there locations over google.
