Halo 3 Amour??

I have 40 of 49 achievements and a gamer scored of 910-1000 so I want to know why dont I have the security shoulders?? I had have them a long time ago it was just a glich I think because I wasn't close to the 1000 points

yes, its a glitch halo 3 isnt 100% perfect all the time, that has happened to many ppl i know
