Halo 3 Big team battle?

How come when i go to play big team battle it says i need cold storage dlc which is free so i dl it and it still wont lemme play big team
I did re download the cold storage map packs and if i need all of the dlc why does it say just cold storage needed while others will say all dlc required

Halo 3 matchmaking is wierd like that, try to redownload it again. My brother had the same problem and that fixed it.
