Halo 3 collector's edition question: Which disk falls out of the case whilst inside?

I am getting the Halo 3 collector's edition for christmas even though I know the disk falls out. It can get replaced free by MS but which disk falls out? The game disk or the bonus content DVD or both? Also, if this happened to you:
when (if) you got it replaced by MS how long did it take to be delivered back to you? If not,
could you still play the disk that fell out so there was no need to send it off?

where would there be any problem with it, disc in the container is still not being very heavily damaged, stop worrying about it dude, If it did get damaged i'm guessing Microsoft would take like 2-3 weeks (like with everything else) to get it back to you.
