Halo 3 control question.?

I just got my first xbox 360 with halo 3, and I'm really not used to the control setup. I find that moving the camera and pointing the gun is a chore for me, since I can't get a good position with the camera, so when I'm firing at enemies my cross hair is going all over the place.

Are there any better control setups or do I just need to get used to this?

well after time it wont be a chore it be a instinct to do every thing lol

if u want i help out a bit send me a friend quest j0e vs y0u the 0's is numbers and help u out a bit show u few things i be on in 5-10 mins so ya also let me knew u from yahoo as i dont accept random ppl

the buttons lay out i like is bumperjumper it be a good thing to get use to that set up, before u get use to the default as the bumber jumper give u more control of all main things without moving your fingers all over or taking your thumb off the aiming stick

well, you can change your sensitivity and change between inverted and standard

i think you need to use it that way..well thats the only way ive seen people play it.

well if you don't play alot of first player action games, it may be hard at first. It requires alot of multitasking, but once you play it enough it becomes easier and the controls are automatic.
