Halo 3 forge extras?

i got these cool effects from some guy on ghost town and my friend has a pelican on the pit but how can i get them on different maps? is there some way i can download them?

No way man, you dont want to
get youself buried in that stuff.

It is called "modding". You make/steal
codes and shove them onto your own maps.

I have a map with 20 Elephants, and
Bungie warned me not to "mod" again, because
it is basically stealing codes from Bungie.

But if you want to take the risks, then go right ahead!
