How do I get my Halo 3 gameplay footage off my xbox 360 HD to my computer? Is it possible to do that or do I have to buy a capture card?

Hello, i jut bought halo 3 and i record all the time and I dont think there is a way. Im a Huge halo fan, and i dont think there is a way because it would of sed in the instructions.
