Halo 3 Generals! Can someone maybe help me get ot brig. in team doubles?

I play Halo 3 e very day, and I just can't get to brigadier. My highest skill is 43 in team doubles and I want to get to 45..

I was wondering if any really good generals out there will play with me to help me get up two levels?
