Halo 3 Host booting, why is bungie so stupid?

As a fellow member of the XBL hacking community, I wanna ask why is bungie so stupid? And why are the people on XBL?

According to bungie they'll detect DDoS attacks alot easier now, which is stupid because everyday sense the new update I've Hit someone offline probably 4 times a day usually in ranked.

I've been stealing accounts to the point were so I'm so cocky about I've actually made several calls to Xbox live support and told them that Im stealing account, I told them my IP, Phone number, address etc.. Still nothing...

I guess my main question is why havent they done anything about me?!?!
