Halo 3 maps/online issues?

i bought the the two extra map packs(already had the free ones) but it will not let me play the online games that say paid DLC req. and i have it. what do i need to do?
well i found out my xbox isnt loading the free mappacks either, i am going to try to redownload but i dont think that will help. and custom will only load the ones on the disk.

You might be trying to access the playlists that require the Mythic Disk that comes with Halo ODST. This should say Mythic Disk Required. If this isn't the case, then perhaps your game just isn't loading the maps. Have you tried shutting off your system, and restarting it. You might also want to try redownloading the maps. You could also try going to Custom Games, waiting for it to load all of the maps there, then switching over to Matchmaking and seeing if that works.

Edit: One more thing in that case, did you download the maps on a different system than you are currently playing on?
