Halo 3 Missions Fail to Load?

My Halo 3 disc is most likely scratched and I can't play the Storm, Floodgate, Cortana, and Halo and I still need the meta-score achievements for those missions. I bought a disc cleaning tool to attempt to fix it but it didn't work.

I have no idea what to do. I don't want to pay 20 bucks for a new one. Any ideas?
