Halo 3 multiplayer question? PLEASE HELP ME?!?

Well, my xbox live expired yesterday, and i probably wont get a new subscription until next month. If i play campaign on legendary would i get better then i am or get worse becuase multilayer is more fast pace. Also anyone have any tips on halo 3 like the battle rifle or sniper

Turn on the skulls that would help make it more difficult and maybe would increase your skill

Just play the camphaign on legendary and you will probably stay the same ability, if you leave you will get worse so thats my recomendation.

Campaign doesn't really effect how well you do on multiplayer, but if you have nothing better to do.. it can't hurt.
