Halo 3 ODST: How do i unlock and download Sergeant Avery Johnson for firefight?

I pre-ordered the game from Amazon.co.uk which said that the code was included but I can't find any code or information on it in the package I received. Am I looking in the wrong place or has amazon screwed me over...???

It should have been sent as an extra sheet in the mail. Ignore the answer about it only being from Gamestop. E-mail Amazon - go mental.
