Ya, i beat the game and i got the 100g achievement for beating the game on normal difficulty but now i wanna try on heroic and it wont let me it only gives me the option to resume solo game and then i start on the last level (coastal highway) but i alrdy beat it....

Go down to the campaign option on the main menu, then select the mission you want to start from. In this case, it would be the first mission. Don't forget to change your difficulty. From there, when you choose resume solo campaign, it'll start you from the last mission your played.
