Halo 3 Spartan Officer Achievement?

I know there is like a billion of the same questions but i'm just not getting it lol. So i have more than 70 EXP overall so i am a lieutenant but not in one certain playlist, my highest skill is 17, and i heard that to get the achievement you have to have at least 50 EXP in one certain playlist, i'm going for social slayer and i'm at about 35 EXP. so once i reach 50 EXP for social slayer i should get the achievement, right?

when i got the achievement recently i was at 250 exp so i think its 250
