Halo 3 tem doubles partner needed?

i'm a 39 but i have given up in lone wolves bcoz its to laggy and ive started doubles i'm better than most colonel and i need a good partner im a 30 in doubles at the moment and want a 40+ can any1 help.

seriously just play with the guy you're partner up with it's just a game it's not like hes gonna team kill you or something plus how can you trust the people responds not trying to ruin it for you
