i am in the game playing solo so i can experience it, but i am in the plaza outside the nmpo headquarters does anyone know where and how to get in i am trying to resolve it as it is my last beacon, i am at the foutain and there is a faint ringing is that a hint on where to look?

I cannot remember exactly, but search for a turret or a handle looking thing. Then you will apear at the next stage.
