Halo Wars Heroic Skirmish?

Can someone give me some non-rushing tips on how to beat Halo Wars AI on Heroic Difficulty (like, around 80 on the automatic setting). I prefer to boom or turtle and every time the AI seems to be just pumping out units after units...

if you want you can build 5 vultures in about 10 min and you have to have an extra base you can build on, its not really rushing. All you have to do is be forge, first build all supply pads then upgrade base and build a reactor and a supply pad. Upgrade the reactor and then build the second base. Build a reactor and 2 supply pads on that base and then upgrade your second reactor. Next, upgrade your second base and build 2 hangars and start building vultures until your population is full, oh and kill your warthog so you can build 5. Then upgrade to mega barrage and send your vultures to dominate. If done right you should be attacking them anywhere from 12-17 minutes in so its not rushing just domination.!!!
