i've been trying to get the skull for ages and the game is just not letting me. ive tried parking a vehicle next to the building so i can jump higher but i swear the game hates me cos no matter what i do i just cannot jump to the top. is anyone having this problem, can you tell me any other way on how to get it and how did you do it? (if you have got the skull)

Here's how I got it -
First, take one of the ghosts parked inside the end of the hallway just inside the end of the building where you come out. Use it to kill all of the enemies in ghosts BUT DON'T DESTROY THEM. (If you want you can ignore this part and kill the enemies in ghosts a different way, but you still have to get into a ghost)
The skull is on top of the round building, and one side of the building is sheltered with a wall that curves halfway around it. Drive one ghost into the gap between the building and the wall, then go back and get all of the other ghosts and pile them all on top of eachother in the gap. It usually takes 3 or maybe 4 ghosts to reach the top of the building.
It might take you a few tries, but it's a relatively simple method I invented myself

It's on the level "The Storm" on top of a small cylinder like building that is out in the open where there are tanks out shooting at you. You can do this a few different ways the easiest is to wedge a vehicle between the building and the small arched wall next to it and jump up to it. You could also grenade jump but is easier while standing on a vehicle. You have to be on Normal or Harder and DO NOT destroy all the Wraith tanks or the skull will disappear.
