How Can install Mods For Halo 3?

hey guys,
can u give me a link to download Modded Halo 3 Maps onto my PC(that means not from Bungie.net and no Use of XBOX LIVE)
and can you also tell me how to install them into my XBOX 360?
thanks!
P.S. i know you can get banned from XBOX LIVE for doing that, but im not using xbox live(cause my internet connection is poor)
