How can you make a good Halo 3 team?

I am pretty good at Halo 3 but im not sure how to start a team. Ive been on many but I need to know how to start one.

The most important part of a team is communication. If you ever run into a team that likes to seriously discuss strategy while playing during matchmaking, try inviting them to a private match. If they join, it means they are probably just as interested in forming a team as you are. Talk about regular playing times, preferences, and see where it goes.
