How do i become a better halo 3 player?

i need some help really badly on how to become a better halo player my highest skill is a 41 witch is lone wolfs and my kills death ratio is 0,97 witch is bad in my opinion i have a level 30 in team slayer and i am a commander i think i should be better because most of my friends that play halo can beat me witch doesnt make sense because ive been playing halo 3 since september 25th when it came out i think my problum is that i always rush and i need better accuaracy can you help me on ways to get my accuracy better i play on 2 sensitivity

Play with people that are very experienced and good. You might feel like a failure and that you aren't getting any better, but it really does help. I used to totally suck at Halo and all my friends were like pro, but as I kept on playing with them I started to get better.

Trust me, it really works.

dont just play the original storyline replay missions to develop your skills bro, also try fightning people on live

practice shooting small targets wile you are moving and keep playing you only get better

The great thing about Halo3 is the playback system.... Try following the guys who did the best, sometimes you can learn nifty tricks and where the good weapons are. Other than that, the best way to get better is to play alot online.

Accuracy is all about patience so wait and take good shots. Halo 3 isn't about tat it's more of a guns blazing kind of game.
