How do I get a video clip from halo 3 from one profile to another?

I have a video clip on a freinds hard drive that I want on my hardrive how would I go about doing that with a memory card

no memory card needed just use his console with his Gamertag, run halo and go to the menu where the video is at, upload the video and then send it to your Gamertag. need more details_e-mail me

or even easier than those two, have your friend put the video on his fileshare and just download it off there
