How do i get halo 3 videos on my pc?

Ok hey i want to get some of my halo 3 clips on my pc.
I've heard of this site called geevee that lets you do it but when i google it the site doest come up?
oh yea im not going to buy a capture card!!
No the files arent in any video format and you can only download to halo 3.
