How do I record video clips in Halo 3?

In halo 3 in the cinematics section you can view videos of your gameplay. I have seen the screenshot function and have taken many but what I want to do is record video clips. I have tried but the record button is always greyed out (inaccesible). If anyone here knows how to record the clips please reply that would be great. Thx

fraps.com enough said. thats what i use , but there is a lot of video imut recorders out therew so look around and ull find some

well you can use fraps, i dont use it but it'll help ya.
