How do I submit Halo 3/ODST film clips to be featured on Halo Waypoints 'Top 5'?

I have a really awesome clip of me getting an Extermination medal in Halo 3 matchmaking and I would like to submit it to Halo Waypoint to see if maybe I could get it featured in one of their 'Top 5' shorts. How do I submit it?
