Aim at a wall while at an angle. The metal floors on Pit Stop are good practice. Try shooting a AFX (AwayFromXbox) person for some practice.

You have to shot it straight down at an angle. You can't look straight down at the floor an shoot, because that won't give you a ricocheting bullet. Just look down at the floor with a sniper at an ANGLE. Maybe, 330 degrees.

You need to look just slightly down. look at the floor about 20 steps in front of you and just shoot. Test it by going to a level with a flat floor (someplace like the pit). Sometimes on the pit if you just crouch while looking down that one hallway in the back (not the one in the building) it will bounce the bullet.
