how do you get a steaktacular in halo 3?

Your team has to win, while the other team has less than half of the amount of kills it takes to win. Like, say you're playing team slayer. Since it takes 50 kills, say that your team wins with those 50, and the other team gets less than 25, that's a steaktacular.
