how do you get the flaming recon helmet in halo 3

do only bungie workers have it or is there a secret way to unlock it

You can ONLY get recon by having bungie giving it to you for doing something good for the community, and it has to be something HUGE. You get flaming by working for Bungie.

Only Bungie workers have it. If you're online and someone claims that you can get Recon or Flaming Recon by referring people to a picture of Recon armor, then they are probably just spoofing you to get you to download their picture.

Besides Bungie workers, the only way to get it is do something amazing and show it to Bungie. Trust me this is pretty much impossible to get, don't waste your time.
