How do you get the Maybe Next Time Buddy Achievement in Halo 3?

How do you get the Maybe Next Time Buddy Achievement in Halo 3? I tried to get it and it wouldn't work, might have done it I guess but how did you get this achievement?
so pretty much i have to get some1 to help? i board it they board it then i get off and board again?

connect 4 controls and keep playing rumble pit till u get a snowbound game. From there keep vetoing with all your controls and from there if it isnt snowbound leave the game. When you get snowbound get the ghost with the main account not the guests then bring the ghost to your guests.( i Suggest you have somebody helping you with this). The guest hijacks the ghost and stays stil from there the main account will jack the ghost back giving you the achievement. (it does NOT need to be lonewolves)
