You can connect to a computer through your internet connection. For this go to media connection on the system tab of the Xbox dashboard.

Well, the videos on the 360 are actually just saved game data, which is emulated using the game engine, so, you will have to use a capture card or something. Or, click on the Bungie.net link the other person posted!
