what to do so you can own and not get own. Like weapons strategies links for help and how does true skill work?

Practice and natural ability. You can cycle through weapons strategies and battle tactics all you want but true skills at any game require practice. Just because you read about tactics doesn't mean you can apply them. Some people can play a game for the first time and completely own at it. Its just your personal skills and reflexes as a gamer.
