ok i am 12 i know i think i am mature enough to handle halo 3 i have played it at my friends house a good amount of times i had the game for a while when i lived with my mom but im now with my dad and my step mother and they say" it rated M by ESRB that means there is a reason why you shouldn't play" they also say"it is rated by a government agency and so if they dont think its a good game for a 12 year old then you shouldn't play" i tell them that on campain when you shoot the aliens the blood looks like spray paint and there is only like 1 cuss word near the end(by the way i have heard tons and tons of cuss words and i dont use them)i usually just play online (i have xbox live) but because online play isn't rated it is also bad, people cuss all the time on there including other immature 12 year old and younger brats that play but u can mute the cussing. i really want to get them to let me play does anyone have any suggestion??????

halo is for people that can play the game and are mature. if your not a brat then i suggest that your good enough to play it.
