i have a problem with the halo 3 grunt birthday party skull?

i cant find the skull on halo 3 for the grunt birthday party skull. why is that?

or go on u tube, like below you do have to start the level from the beginning and at least be on the difficulty of normal.

 

[The Man with a Camera]

you have to start the mission at the beginning. Then after you beat the room with all the brutes, go down the chute to where the drowns are coming out of the vents. Go to the end of this room, then look down. You should see a ledge. Fall to this ledge, turn around, and the skull should be at the end of the room.
