i have halo 3 videos on my laptop how do i get voice on them?

well i made some halo 3 videos because im trying to make a machinima, i already have some on the laptop but i cant really talk or make them seem like there saying what i want them too. is there any free downloads for some sort of voice software or something? if so what and what sites?

any other info on making machinimas in your answers i will greatly apreciate.
