I need help getting to 45 in halo 3

Hey I need help getting my skill to 45 in halo 3, will someone help me get it in doubles?I'm struggling in LW(I have a 35 in it)and i keep going down b/c i cant win a match, so now i want to try doubles(im only 20 in it).my GT is TJ1433, send me an FR if you will help.

ill help you get up but the problem is that i a 47 so you will have to do your best on it
