In halo 3 I lost my security shoulders how do I get them back?

It's simple really, get all the original acheivements first, theres 49 of them 
, or sometimes even getting a another achievment makes it come back.
I lost my Katana once when i had 1250 gamerscore in halo, i found one of the mythic skulls, got the acheivment for it and then a i got it back for some reason :O
So just unlock another acheivment and it should come back.
