Is betraying in halo 3 enough to get banned?

Hi, I betray alot in halo 3 xbox live. sometimes they boot me even if it was an accident. would betraying alot gt be banned from xbox live?

With enough reports, it may. Cause, you wouldn't be able to back it up because you have done it too many times. So... It can.
