Is it worth getting an Xbox 360 just for Halo 3 and Gears or War?

I like other games on the Xbox 360 too but those games are also on the PS3. Right now im deciding which one to buy, between the Xbox 360 and the PS3.

A lot of the multiplatform games are better on the 360 and most are at least equal. I recommend the 360. There are a lot of other games coming out for it that aren't on the PS3 besides those two. PS3 does not have very many exclusives. The only games big enough to choose the PS3 would be Metal Gear Solid 4 and Final Fantasy XIII and there is talk that they may come to 360 if PS3 doesn't sell enough.

Yes. Gears of War has to be THE BEST shooter I have EVER played. I am not exaggerating it really is better than Halo 2. Halo 3 also looks very good although I have not played the beta but Halo 2 was great and I expect Halo 3 to be even better. And be sure to get Xbox Live if you do get it, because Gears Of War is extremely fun online.

Gears of war is a proven hit. Halo 2 was not even that good and Halo 3 could go either way. Heres the real question , do you or do you not want the red ring of death?

if your realy into shotting game i would get xbox360 casue of Gears of War and Halo3 and casue there like the best shoting games ever made so far

theres a bunch of games that are good for a 360. the ps3 is so bad, horrible. dont get a ps3. condemned is an awesome game for 360. ive never played it, but my brother has, and he says its awesome, and ive played a game like it.
